Text is in Yiddish. Cover decorations are probably by Joseph Tchaikov/ Yoysef Tshaykov. Tchaikov was a member of the Russian Jewish Avant Garde. He was most active as a sculptor. He was one of the founders of the Kultur Lige which published a book illustrating his sculptures in 1921. His most recent work at that time is in a cubo-futurist style similar to the work of Alexander Archipenko. In that same year he joined the faculty of Vkhutemas. Unlike the many Yiddish authors out of the Soviet era he survived and was able to continue working throughout his life. This book is collected becaue of his association with it and with the Russian Avant Garde as a whole. OCLC Number: 19316438.
